Yes we can

This is what we have been dreaming of. Leadership and guidance, inspiration and assuance, strength and honor. We have known all too long that something just wasn't right. The moral and spirit of people have never been so low. You can see in the eyes and faces of the people inspired by a moral and humble leader, eager and hungry for every word and utterance. You can see the spirits rise in the stare and glare of people listening. Never will you see this anywhere else, not at any conference and not at church.

For all too long I have given up. There was something I couldn't explain, I couldn't put my finger on it. I couldn't describe it. I felt it. It was there when I went to the grocery store, it was there in the upper ranks of management where I earned my living, it was in the weight of the office where my manager sat and it was in the attitudes of my friends. I was exposed to headline grabbing media, the TV was saturated with immoral topics and valueless bling bling. The value had to hide in dramas willing to take a leap of faith, and reveal what is real. The value had to hide deep behind the surface of Homer and Family Man.

I have hope, we have hope. This is the leadership we have been thirsting for. It will trickle down to every man, woman and child. It will breath new meaning into how we do business, how we see our neighbors, countrymen and people of other nations. I have hope that all barriers of human disposition will be put aside so that we may finally work together and not just sit toghether in tolerance. The world is indeed a smaller place and this is a speech that all must see and hear.
